Pink Floral

Hello Crafters,

I'm very happy today as my little one is now back home from his trip.. He had a great time and missed Poppy and the PlayStation the most lol. He's a very tired little boy now though..

I also have some Happy news to share with anyone that missed my facebook post the other day...
I am delighted to announce that I've been chosen to join the Hunkydory team, as many of you know I absolutely love using Hunkydory products so really can not wait to get started..

For todays share I have a couple of cards made with a hunky-dory kit from my stash..

I made both of these cards for an order.. I used backing card, toppers and sentiments from the kit. Then teamed them up for coloured card, ribbon, gems and peel offs from my stash.

Magical Makes

Hello Crafters,

Hope you are all well. I've not had the best two days, really missing my little man so looking forward to picking him up on Friday..

I've been trying to catch up and work my way through stacks of unblogged cards so today I'm afraid its a photo heavy post (you might want to go grab a cuppa, if you tend on reading all this post lol)

Before I stepped down from the Crafter's Companion DT I was very lucky to be asked to make a
selection of cards for their Crafters Inspiration Magazine issue 14..

The brief was magical makes, so after having a little play around with the design here is what I came up with. I'd never tried any of these before so it was a great challenge and quite enjoyable and satisfying. Has anyone else made any of these style cards before?

For all of these cards I used elements from the FREE CD that comes with the magazine and the FREE stamp set that also comes with this issue.

Together with Centura Pearl card.. I coloured the images with Spectrum Noir pens

I embellished with ribbon and pearls from my stash..

Quick and Easy Wedding makes

Hello Crafty Friends,

How are we all?? those in the UK enjoying the heat wave :-/

My youngest went off on his residential trip yesterday, his first time away from home. I'm sure he is having a fab time and not missing home at all - ME on the other hand feel lost without him here. :-(
Roll on Friday afternoon when I can pick him up lol

For todays card share I have some very quick and easy Wedding cards, I made these using some old toppers I found in my stash (I think they are Kanban ones but not 100%)

I used cream linen card for these with Crafters Companion Centura Pearl card. I embossed the background on the top card using Crafters Companion florish die from one of Sara's signature ranges.
Finished with bits of lace and ribbon from my stash..

Twilight

Evening everyone and happy Friday

Hope you are all well and looking forward to the weekend.

I apologise now for the photo heavy post this evening but I'm working my way through stacks of unblogged cards and today I have some from the twilight range from Hunkydory. Oh how I do love these wonderful scenes and images

I purchased the little pack of shadow box card set.. they are further down on my post, but in thta s were the circle toppers that I created these set of five cards (unfortunately when I posted these out to my customer, Royal Mail decided to send them walk about so these have now vanished into a big black hole) lol

These next few cards I made using the little book together with the twilight backing paper/card..
Embellished with some ribbons from my stash.

Here are those shadow box cards I made using the kits.. these are great fun and so easy to put together,

And finally we have some more cards made using he little book images. Teamed with the coordinating papers. Finished with some sentiments and gems from my stash
